Nothing New, Some Funny Moments... But Not Blonder Than The First
This movie is funny... but in my opinion, it's not as good as the first
one... Sometimes sequels turns out bad... I'd have to say this one is
one of them... it's not THAT bad, but you know what I mean. There are
some funny moments between Paulette's quotes. When she sees Elle
dressed up like a Fourth of July, she says - "You Make Me Want A Hot
Dog So Bad..." and after, she says, "Look, Elle, Your Boss Is The Most
Groommed Woman in Washington. And Her Beagle's Name is Dolly Madison.
Which is also my grandma's stripper name." Those kind of cracked me up.
Okay, so let me just tell you the story line.
Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) just got engaged with Emmett (Luke
Wilson) but the bad news is, she just got fired from her job. So she's
leaving off to Washington D.C. to meet her old boss Victoria Rudd
(Sally Field) to get her old job back and fight for Brusier (her
Chihuahua) and other animals. Some interesting things happen between
the movie, like Brusier (by the way, who's a boy) and another
stranger's dog falling in love - and he's a boy also!! So they are
known as "gay-dogs". Elle is really losing her touch when she thinks
people doesn't care about her thing for animals, and she is just
fighting for it forever.
Anyway, cute movie. As I said, not as good as the first one. But see
it. If you like "Legally Blonde" than probably you'll like this too.
I give this movie a B-.
